HISCOX. As Good As Our Word 

Hiscox has an impeccable reputation in the financial services industry. I was part of the team that pitched for their account at 

VCCP.  Our brief was to communicate that in times on crisis, what you need from your insurer is trust. Together with my creative partner, we devised an endline, tone of voice and visual identity that lasted over 10 years.

After the riots of 2011 and the anger of residents and business owners that followed, as most insurers dithered Hiscox paid
up without delay. Their CEO explained it simply as:
"That's exactly what we're here to do."  These turbulent events lead to a unique 
opportunity to inform internal, investor and consumer audiences about the business values that make Hiscox tick.
